A ruthless hack to blow up your Linkedin connections

Let's acknowledge that Linkedin is terrible.

This is everyone's least favorite social media. At its worst, Linkedin devolves into a performative hellscape, sapping your will to exist and making you want to delete your Linkedin account entirely. Which, by the way, I have personally done TWICE over the years.

That all said...

Linkedin has positive qualities, too.

In fact, it has a few GREAT things you just cannot find anywhere else. Especially in terms of attracting certain 'high value' individuals into your network.

To be clear: if you want an actual network that gives you value, then YOU must give it value first.

I don't think you can skip that step. Just because someone accepts your linkedin invite, doesn't mean they are motivated to do anything for you. That just means they are giving you a chance to nurture the relationship.

There are many ways to do that, and many which are relatively low effort on your part, while still being valuable and impactful for those people you want to attract and serve.

Some of these are taught in the 'financial security' track of Boosted Code...

But there is also a hack you can use to grow your connections quickly. In a targeted way, so you are not just attracting random followers, but those high-quality decision makers and leaders who are most valuable to have in your network in the first place.

It's a technique you will not have learned about elsewhere, because I invented it.

And it's how I quickly grew the most recent incarnation of my own Linkedin account, filling its network with CTOs and venture capitalists. Though it works for whichever category you want to target.

Again, and I cannot emphasize this enough, you must follow through and do things that build the genuine relationship, and not come across as some kind of needy scumbag. Else this will backfire.

With great power comes great responsibility, as the saying goes.

But if you are ready, this is taught in the Boosted Code module called:

"Linkedin Strategy For Technology Professionals"
